METHODS OF PAYMENT

Registration for the congress can be only done online on the site www.wcp2017.org

The information provided by the buyer when entering bank details will be encrypted by the operator in charge of the transactions.

The pre-congress is open only to people already registered in the congress.

The congress organizers reserve the right to change the content of the congress program.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

According to the law on information technology and freedom of January 6th, 1978, the buyer’s data is used solely by the internal services of the FF2P.

The buyer has a right of access, rectification and opposition regarding his personal information.

To access personal data stored by FF2P, the buyer must submit a written request to the FF2P stating his or her full name and address.

The FF2P agrees not to disclose or market any information whatsoever about its buyers. The information stored is confidential.

Your registration for the congress implies your consent to possibly be photographed and / or filmed.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION

A confirmation email will be sent to you after you register online. Please remember to check your spam folders if you do not receive this email, and do not hesitate to contact us at: administration@wcp2017.org

INVOICES

Invoices will be available on the website of the congress www.wcp2017.org in pdf format.

The invoice will be downloadable as soon as online registration is completed and cannot be changed. Please pay particular attention to the information given when paying (company name, address).

Cancellation and Refund

In the case of a cancellation, all requests for reimbursement will have to be done through the post or by email. Please find both the relevant address and email below:

In the case of a cancellation before January 1st 2017, 25% of the total paid will be retained by the FF2P.

From the 1st of January 2017 to the 25th of May2017, 50% of the total paid will be retained.

No reimbursements will be made after the 25th of May 2017.

INSURANCE AND DISCLAIMER

The Congress organizers cannot be held liable for any hindrance or disruption of Congress proceedings arising from political, social, health or economic events or any other unforeseen incidents beyond their control.

The congress cancellation conditions shall apply in any case. Registration of a participant entails acceptance of the cancellation conditions. It is recommended that participants obtain adequate cover for travel, health, accident and cancellation insurance before they depart from their countries.

The Congress organizers will accept no liability for personal injuries sustained by or for loss or damage to property belonging to congress participants and accompanying persons either during or as a result of the Congress or during all tours and events.
